Guided by you

Our fees are designed to reflect the depth of work involved in high-quality financial planning. From understanding your circumstances to building, implementing, and reviewing your plan, our focus is on delivering long-term outcomes.

We believe good planning should stand up to scrutiny. Our fees are discussed openly, agreed in advance, and aligned with the work we carry out, ensuring there are no surprises as your plan evolves.

How we charge

Our fee structure is broken down into the five stages of our financial planning process.

Stage 01 Discovery meeting

Every relationship begins with a conversation. Our discovery meeting gives us the opportunity to understand your circumstances, ambitions, and concerns, while giving you the chance to learn more about Monenti Partners and how we work.

This meeting is always provided free of charge and without obligation. We believe choosing a financial planning firm is an important decision that should never feel rushed or transactional. Instead, this first stage is about establishing whether we are the right fit for one another and whether our planning-led approach aligns with your long-term objectives, expectations, and the level of support you are seeking.

Stage 02 Financial planning meeting

Once we understand your objectives, we begin the detailed work of building your financial plan. This stage involves gathering information, analysing your existing arrangements, and creating a structured picture of your current and future financial position.

Your plan is designed to assess whether your wealth can support your desired lifestyle over the long term. We also model alternative scenarios and stress-test your plan against changing circumstances, helping you make more informed and confident decisions. Charges for this stage are based on the time and complexity involved in creating your plan and preparing your Financial Planning Report.

Stage 03 Advice and recommendations

When your financial plan is complete, we provide detailed recommendations designed to support its successful implementation. This involves analysing existing arrangements, researching suitable solutions, and preparing personalised recommendations aligned with your objectives and circumstances.

Our fees at this stage are based on the time required to deliver high-quality advice and are calculated using our internal fee framework. Depending on complexity, work may involve financial planners, paraplanners, and wider support teams. Any charges are confirmed clearly in advance, ensuring you understand both the work being undertaken and the value being delivered before proceeding.

Stage 04 Implementation of advice

If you decide to proceed, we oversee the implementation of your financial plan and recommendations. This may include restructuring investments, establishing pension arrangements, or putting tax-efficient strategies in place to support your long-term objectives.

Implementation requires careful coordination, administration, and regulatory oversight to ensure every recommendation is carried out accurately and efficiently. The fees to support this are generally calculated as a percentage of the assets being invested or arranged and vary depending on the complexity of the work involved. Any implementation costs are always agreed with you before proceeding, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.

Stage 05 Ongoing service

Financial planning is not a one-off event. Once your recommendations are implemented, we continue working alongside you through our ongoing service, helping ensure your strategy remains aligned with your life, priorities, and long-term objectives.

Our ongoing fee covers regular reviews, planning meetings, investment oversight, and continued access to guidance whenever circumstances change. Charges are based on the assets we manage on your behalf, reflecting both the ongoing responsibility involved and the long-term nature of the relationship. As your portfolio changes over time, the monetary value of this fee may also change accordingly.

Driven by value

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Our work varies depending on complexity, responsibility, and the level of ongoing support required, and our fees reflect this.

What matters most is value. Clients pay for careful thinking, considered advice, and ongoing stewardship, delivered with professionalism, independence, and a commitment to acting in their best interests at all times.
