Professionally speaking...

Steph supports Monenti Partners on strategic projects and provides ad hoc HR support, drawing on more than 20 years’ experience across a wide range of people-focused roles. Her approach combines commercial understanding with empathy, helping individuals and businesses create healthier, more positive working environments.

As both an HR professional and executive coach, Steph is particularly interested in understanding people’s motivations, challenges, and potential.

She believes the most effective support comes from looking beyond the surface to understand what truly drives individuals and teams. Stephanie is MCIPD qualified, as well as EMCC and Ashridge Accredited, bringing valuable experience and insight to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day people matters.

Personally speaking...

Steph is a keen runner in her own time, having completed eight marathons alongside numerous half marathons.

When she’s not chasing miles, she stays busy with plenty of hobbies spanning fitness, music, reading, travelling, discovering new places, and spending time with friends and family.

On an ideal weekend, you can find me

Enjoying an early morning run or gym session, a late brunch, and an evening out with friends or family.

The three small things that make my day better are

Power up messages from my nearest and dearest, helping people, and that rare sunshine.

Three things I haven’t done so far include

Parachuting, running an ultra marathon, and exploring Australia or New Zealand.
